Dinesh Pillaipakkamnatt has over 26 years of experience in various domains including healthcare, insurance, pension, imaging and training. Before co-founding Sineflex Solutions, Dinesh was at Novartis in various roles, including Head, Learning & Capability Development, Lead, Advanced Analytics, Digital Development, Global Head, Central Analytics Function, and Global Head, Clinical Database Programming. Prior to Novartis, Dinesh worked as a consultant with Berlex (now Bayer), Schering Plough, Deloitte Consulting, Prudential, AIG and Newgen.
At Novartis, Dinesh was also one of the core members of the Innovation Council. In this role, Dinesh was responsible for identifying, building and leading many partnerships between Novartis and incubators, start-ups and academic institutions, especially focusing on digital transformation in the areas of capability, projects and events. Dinesh brings a strong technical background to complement his problem solving ability, and a proven record in building innovative solutions in the healthcare, insurance and pension domains.
Apart from his functional roles, Dinesh is a certified leadership trainer and coach for various functional and leadership development programs. He is also a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dinesh completed an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Bangalore University, India. Dinesh loves adventure sports, reading fantasy fiction and karaoke parties.
Mahesh Iyer has over 20 years of experience in research and development in healthcare. He has been responsible for guiding many products through the development life-cycle. Before co-founding Sineflex Solutions, Mahesh was at Novartis in various roles, including Site Head, Biostatistics at Hyderabad, and Global head for Exploratory Safety and Statistical Analytics. Prior to Novartis, Mahesh worked with Bristol Myers Squibb and Boehringer Ingelheim. He also helped start the BIRAC funded med-tech accelerator at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, IIIT Hyderabad.
At Novartis, Mahesh was also one of the core members of the Innovation Council. In this role, Mahesh was responsible for leading many partnerships between Novartis and start-ups as well as academic institutions, especially focusing in the areas of machine learning and deep learning, NLP and computer vision. Mahesh brings a strong analytical mind-set, deep insights into healthcare development and a proven record of implementing innovative solutions in the healthcare domain. Mahesh is passionate about enhancing industry academia collaboration; he set up one of the first part-time Ph.D. program in Statistics for Novartis associates, teaches at a number of Indian universities and has chaired multiple conferences over the years. He is currently Secretarty of the Indian Association for Statistics in Clinical Trials and President of the International Indian Statistical Association, India Chapter.
Apart from his functional activities, Mahesh has led various organizational developmental activities and trainings. He is a certified coach in the areas of emotional intelligence, assessment centers, and psychometric evaluations. He has over 500 hours of training and coaching experience. Mahesh has completed his Ph.D. in Statistics from Temple University, Philadelphia. He enjoys music, is a member of a band, and loves wildlife photography.
Santosh Shevade has over 14 years of experience in research and development in healthcare. He has led more than 50 drug development projects at various levels in Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. Before co-founding Sineflex Solutions, he led a team of 120 global clinical development associates as a Director in Novartis Global Drug Development unit in Hyderabad. His previous roles include Clinical Trial Head in Novartis, Project Manager in Johnson & Johnson. Santosh brings a project management rigor, deep insights into healthcare development and is passionate about human centric design.
Apart from his functional role, Santosh led various organizational development activities such as Novartis BioCamp and leadership training initiatives for first line leaders. He is a certified 360 coach and MBTI trainer, having spent about 2500 hours of coaching time.
Santosh is an avid reader, an amateur cyclist and likes to spend his time volunteering for healthcare causes.
